So in convo with a customer today (cause I like to be thorough on things, since I do confuse myself) he said two quotes of what his drill sergeant told him in his army days.
"Never Assume anything cause it makes an ASS of you and me." &
"There's always one more thing you can do."
I like both of those. Thanks drill sergeant!
